"Listen, let me tell you, I don’t leave reviews that’s just not me. But this is the magic pill I’ve been needing. For years I’ve never slept well and even worse right now between balancing a full-time job, grad school, and military, internship and just trying to take care of my overall health in between. I average maybe 3-4 hours of sleep each night. It takes me a very long time to fall asleep UNLESS I’m extremely worn out after the week is over. I also wake up a million times throughout the night. I took one, just one, of these yesterday for the first time and had the most quality sleep I’ve had in a long time. Before sleeping last night I had been awake for 32 hours fulfilling my obligations. Took one and didn’t wake up once until I had to get up for work this morning. On the flipside I went to bed around 8pm and needed to be awake at 5am. Of course that doesn’t make up for being awake for 32 hours but the sleep quality during that time was so great it felt like it was long enough sleep. When I got to work my coworker said “you look well rested” lol. TRUST ME. BUY THEM! It’s also important to note that any kind of drowsy/pm medication, melatonin, nor benadryl touch me at all. This is the first time something has actually worked. Again, only took it one night because my package just came yesterday. But I’m looking forward to see how it improves over the next few weeks with taking it consistently."

I have to say that after only 3 days of taking this product pretty much all my joint pains in my knees, ankles and through out my body have pretty much gone away!
